Christian Lewis Trust Children's Cancer Charity

Christian Lewis Trust is delighted to announce that Melanie C has accepted an invitation to become a Patron of the charity.

With solo album sales close to 3 million copies and a string of top 5 and top 10 hits, Melanie Chisholm is one of the most successful British female artists of the last decade.

Trustee and parent of a sick child, Mr. Paul Hunt, stated that 'he, together with his fellow Trustees, felt extremely honoured to receive Melanie's endorsement of the work of the charity'.

For over 18 years, Christian Lewis Trust has helped thousands of children and their families affected by cancer. The services range from Play Therapy, bereavement support and counseling to complimentary UK Breaks at one of four luxury caravans in Wales. Help is also available to families in making holiday arrangements to Disneyland Paris and Disneyworld Florida where the charity owns a villa that families use free of charge.

Both as a Trustee and a parent, Paul Hunt stated further 'I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and total dedication of the team and with Melanie's high profile, the charity is hoping to secure additional support to enable the charity to expand its much in demand services.'

The announcement of Melanie's patronage of the Christian Lewis Trust coincides with the release of Melanie's LIVE HITS DVD that features acoustic and electric versions of all Melanie's hits.
